Attendance Policy

Our attendance policy keeps parents and school working together for each child.

• Regular attendance is important for steady learning and good results.
• Attendance is marked every day by the class teacher.
• A student arriving after the bell is marked late; repeated lateness is discussed with parents.
• If a child is absent, parents should inform the school the same day by phone, WhatsApp or written note.
• For absence of more than 3 days, a written application (and medical note for illness) is needed.
• Planned leave should be requested in advance in writing.
• Parents can view their child's attendance on the parent portal once enabled.
• Very low attendance may affect assessment and promotion; the school will first speak to parents.
